These biscuits I've made before Christmas and they were among my homemade gifts for my friends! An experiment were successful, so much that I've remade these days!  
    Honey Biscuits   
   Makes about 40 cookies:  
  350g of flour 100g soft butter 
  100g brown sugar 50g honey 
  ( I used acacia) 
  1 egg 3 tablespoons milk 
   Procedure:  
  In a bowl, sift flour, place a mound and add the butter, sugar, honey and egg and begin to knead. Add milk gradually and continue to knead until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. 
  Then roll the dough about 5mm high and cut with cookie cutters stationed. 
  Bake at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
