chocolate cake low

I thought I post a sweet recipe was the best way to inaugurate my blog! :)
is a very sweet simple that I always make a good figure!
ingredients:
250g butter 250g chocolate
250g sugar 6 eggs (separate yolks and whites, the whites are mounted)
Heat oven to 190 degrees.
Melt butter with chocolate.
beat the egg yolks and sugar until it Schär.
mix the two compounds lentamenre and add the egg whites until stiff. Pour into a 30cm diameter cake tin and bake for 20 minutes.
the cake will make a great spare ribs and will swell a little .. but then will drop everything! (So \u200b\u200bdo not worry if it collapses: D)
the cake is ready you can eat either warm or cold ..
