include dried fruit, one that no doubt is my favorite nut! This cake is it ... the test is a very simple cake, but the flavor of hazelnuts is overwhelming ... and I hope I like it too!
rustic tart with hazelnut
Ingredients: 4 medium eggs
00 220 grams of flour 180 g brown sugar 100 g roasted hazelnuts
100 ml
seed oil 125 ml milk 1 tablespoon baking
Toast the hazelnuts, then a powder.
Fit an electric mixer with the eggs and sugar until the mixture will be white and fluffy.
Now add the oil and flush the milk and continue to beat the mixture with the mixer! When the mixture is smooth add the flour sifted with baking powder and nuts pulverized.
Finally transfer the mixture into a mold to be 22-24cm and bake the cake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Turn out the cake and allow to cool and at this point and sprinkle with sugar icing and decorate it with some nuts wanting!
